Since I got tagged by
I decided to go ahead and do it.1. Who was your very first OC?
This is going to be embarrassing
A Detective Conan character that I made in middle school. Her name was Tenshi and she was also a victim of the organization. I remembered that she had super strength despite being in the body of a 10 year old and super healing abilities too.
My very first published OC was a Kokiri named Maki from the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. She had stolen the Kokiri Emerald so she could leave the forest. I had put her in a fanfic and posted it on Fanfiction, but I deleted after I got a few stinging comments.
The first OC that I put on Deviantart was Holly Winters, a spirit medium who was originally going to be the main character for a Fire Red Nuzlocke. The only thing that came out of that was a drawing that I did.
2. Who is the OC that you would consider as the closest as your persona?
Westly -BFOI App from the . He started out as that blank slate from Pokemon Platinum and he was originally going to go through somewhat convoluted plot that involved him becoming Wes from Pokemon Colosseum. So I wondered what he would be like before becoming Wes and I thought "what if he was very timid and shy around people?" and it I started to form reasons behind that timidity. Soon he ended up becoming partially based on my personality and a whole history behind him.3. Which of your OCs do you think needs the most fleshing out?
Probably Holly Winters. I haven't put that much time to develop her and so she's kind of a mess character wise. She's also kind of flat due to not getting much development.4. How much time do you usually spend in making an OC?
I tend to spend an hour to two making an OC. I start with a personality and then end up working on appearance next. Although I don't usually stop if I really click with the character.5. How would you feel about being able to bring your OCs to life? Let's try to ignore the real-life consequences they may carry with them and focus on the fun part.
It would certainly be interesting...Although I think they would hate me if they knew I was the main cause of their problems. XD6. How did you come up with your username? Is there any particular meaning to it or were you influenced by something at the time you were thinking of one?
I came up with username because I wanted to do a bunch of nuzlockes. It was originally going to center around a bunch of characters that were part of an agency that were sent out on missions to help stop the bad guys from robbing people of their Pokemon and separating them from people/committing crimes/throwing off the balance of nature/destroying the universe/creating Shadow Pokemon. Sadly each of them would be only be left with a level 5 partner Pokemon and they would need to gather badges in order to progress.
I can still remember each of them: Zeta (White & White 2), Gabriel (Emerald), Holly (Fire Red & Heart Gold), and Oliver (Colosseum & XD Gale of Darkness).7. What is your biggest pet peeve?
People trying to cut the line to get gas. This happens pretty frequently where there is this line of two or three people and someone will come in, cut the line, throw money on the counter and run out. I have to shout at them to ask which pump they are going to pump from and which octane they are going to use. The other customers get mad at them and I've seen a fight nearly break out because an old man cut a line of three people to get gas. One customer, another man, started yelling at the other guy to wait his turn and the old man started yelling back about how he was in a hurry.
Even though he still had plenty of time to yell at the other customer because he cut in line.
Also drunks that come in late at night. I had one drunk come in, ask to use the bathroom after I finished cleaning it, and left a giant
puddle on the floor that I didn't have time to clean up because the alarm was set in the store.8. Have you ever fangirled/fanboyed so hard in front of your friends over something geeky? Please narrate what happened.
It was when the YuGiOh move came out in theaters. I was browsing Youtube when I found an add for the YuGiOh movie. I squealed really loudly and I was just about to bounce around. I was about ten when it happened and my friends were growing out of YuGiOh. They stared at me like I grew a third eye and it was so embarrassing. It's funny to look back on it now and laugh.9. How long was your record of staying awake the longest? Do you still remember what happened back then?
I stayed awake for 72 hours. This was during 8th grade. It was a very stressful time. Very stressful.
I was actually too wound up to sleep and I would spend that time watching anime and videos. Then I would go to school and try to do my work. After the third day, I actually started seeing things and then I decided that I needed some sleep. So I walked to the park, did a bunch of laps, and then walked back home. I definitely passed out after that. I had no idea that you could hallucinate from sleep deprivation.10. Any parting words?
Never, ever, ever
stay up for three days straight. Your brain will be fried after it and it will mess up your sleep schedule.
